Living@home is a digital support application provided by KIT for the participants of the "Living@home" care study. It serves as a tool for organization and communication between participants and their care teams.
2. No Medical Advice
This application is a coordination and organizational tool. It does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified physician for medical concerns. In the event of a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
3. User Conduct & Safety
Users agree to use the communication features (Chat/Video) professionally and solely for care-related coordination. Any form of harassment or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. You may report concerns directly to the study leads via the "Report" function in the app settings or chat member list.
4. Account Security
Accounts are pre-created for study participants. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
5. Termination & Leaving the Study
You may withdraw from the study at any time. To request account closure and data deletion, please use the "Leave Study" button in the app settings or contact the study coordinator.
